Product Description

Comprehensive real-time water quality monitoring is critical for maintaining ecological balance, optimizing biofiltration, and protecting stock health in Recirculating Aquaculture Systems (RAS). Our suite of precision sensors and analyzers provides continuous, high-accuracy data to support automated control and smart management.

1. pH Sensor / Meter

Measures water acidity and alkalinity in real time. Because pH directly impacts aquatic metabolism, physiological health, and biofiltration efficiency, precise pH monitoring is essential for maintaining system stability.

2. Dissolved Oxygen (DO) Sensor

Continuously tracks dissolved oxygen concentrations in the water body. Maintaining optimal DO levels is vital for aquatic respiration, growth, and nitrifying bacterial activity, making real-time DO monitoring a critical safeguard in high-density RAS.

3. Turbidimeter

Measures water clarity and suspended solids concentration by evaluating light scattering. Monitoring turbidity helps assess physical filtration performance, preventing organic particle accumulation and maintaining water transparency.

4. Conductivity Meter

Measures electrolyte concentrations and Total Dissolved Solids (TDS). In RAS, tracking conductivity enables precise salinity management and rapid detection of salt level fluctuations to maintain an optimal osmotic environment.

5. Residual Chlorine Detector

Measures free and total residual chlorine in intake or treated water. Monitoring residual chlorine ensures effective intake water disinfection while preventing toxic chlorine exposure to aquatic organisms and biofilter microflora.

6. Ammonia Nitrogen (TAN) Analyzer

Provides rapid quantitative measurement of total ammonia nitrogen. Since un-ionized ammonia is highly toxic to farmed stock, real-time monitoring provides early warning of biofilter overload and protects overall system health.

7. Total Phosphorus (TP) Analyzer

Accurately quantifies total phosphorus levels in the water. Monitoring phosphorus prevents nutrient accumulation and eutrophication, enabling operators to optimize sludge removal and water replacement schedules.

8. Total Nitrogen (TN) Analyzer

Evaluates all organic and inorganic forms of nitrogen to monitor overall nitrogen loading. Tracking TN supports precise operational control of denitrification units and ensures strict compliance with discharge standards.

9. ORP (Oxidation-Reduction Potential) Sensor

Measures the oxidation-reduction potential of the water body. In RAS, ORP values serve as a key operational indicator for ozone dosing control, disinfectant effectiveness, and organic pollution monitoring.

10. Nitrite NO₂⁻ Analyzer / Sensor

Monitors nitrite levels, a toxic intermediate product of nitrification. Continuous nitrite tracking evaluates biofilter maturity and performance, preventing nitrite accumulation and protecting farmed stock from blood toxicity risks.
